The Top Time was born in the 1960s as a model for young professionals. ¹ It spawned a variety of design-rich derivative models and gained support from energetic men and women of the time, especially car enthusiasts. In 2024, Breitling's 140th anniversary, the Top Time B21 Chronograph Tourbillon 42 Japan Limited was created as the pinnacle of unprecedented Japan-exclusive models. The uniquely subdued tone of green draws inspiration from the iconic cars of the free-spirited 60s and 70s. Just like an engine peeking out from under a hood, the tourbillon majestically positioned at 12 o'clock exudes an unparalleled presence. The sapphire crystal case back, engraved with "ONE OF 10" on the periphery, allows you to enjoy the movement of the Caliber B21, a rare combination of a tourbillon and a chronograph, through a rotor design reminiscent of a vintage car steering wheel. The black ceramic case incorporates titanium in its details, giving it an initially substantial feel. However, once on the wrist, you'll be surprised by its remarkably light and comfortable wear. It is scratch-resistant and water-resistant to 100 meters, truly a complication chronograph that you can casually take with you on drives. This future collector's piece will be limited to only 10 pieces sold domestically.
